Telkom Mobile- Very disappointing client service

<p>Ive logged a complaint 6 months ago regarding area reception on telkom mobile. They have to date sent me an sms every month and a phone call every 2 months, saying they are resolving the problem or trying to. But in one of my conversations i was promised, that if they could not resolve the issue, they would let me out of my contract. And behold------ silence.....</p> <p>Whats worse is- imagine if I never paid my bill- howmuch would the hound me then?</p> <p>Funny thing is- My contract is due to end now in May 2017. I have a funny feeling, they will then say they cannot help me- just so they make money out of me...,</p>
