Telkom Mobile Vaal Marina

Help, The Telkom mobile tower in Vaal Marina is not on line, we are connecting to another tower when we are in the higher areas of the town, the signal disapears in the dips where there is line of site with the telkom tower, the informal settlement Mamello has no signal, Telkom was the best signal in this area. Unluckily it is impossible to contact any technical backup or support in Telkom or Openserve.
