telkom mobile utter lack of service

<p>Still holding on as i type this... 1 hour, 33 min and counting. I have spoken to (when this person now pick up) 9 people today. Currently listening to the beautiful music. No help, no service no nothing... As a business what a total waste of my time., Monet, Nosile, Nansi, Motsa etc etc etc... Explain to me how difficult it is to activate a data sim with a special you are running. My obviously not logical mind can not comprehend how not one department or person can help me just do one simple thing like that. All info you have, sim info you have. I have been paying for years, surely something like that should be easy. !!!! How terrible useless is your service. !! I can even get to rate the service at which point i would have given you a 0, 0 , 0 , 0 !!!!</p>
