Telkom Mobile utter disappointment

Opened a mobile contract with them two months ago, the second debit order that went off of my account was double the amount that was supposed to go off. I get an email saying thank you for your order. I did not order anything after the mobile contract. Their system is a mess - goodluck to me trying to get my money back.
