Telkom Mobile - useless unfulfilled promises

I ordered a Huwaei mobile wifi contract on the 30of September. When I placed the order the agent told me it will be delivered 5-7 working days after the first debit order, fair enough. On the 3 October R249 was debited from my account. After numerous hours in the phone to telkom and speaking to agent after agent promising me every week it finally arrived on the 27 October. It them took them 3 days to register the sim after another 2 hours on the phone being transferred from agent to agent. Then when we came to use it they capped us at 333mb when I signed for 10gb?? Can someone please explain this shoddy service because I am now furious! I have never had to deal with such useless service in my life before. I will never recommend telkom to anyone again because you have proved how *********** you are at the services you offer.
