Telkom Mobile - Useless

Disgusting service. No service or help from Telkom Mobile whatsoever. I have not been able to make an outgoing call from my cellphone since the 6th of September except for calls to a Telkom no. I have airtime yet when I check my wallet it is empty and when I try and make a call it says insufficient funds. I keep calling the call centre but they are absolutely useless and as for the technicians, not quite sure how they are employed in this field as they are even more beyond useless. Wish I could end my contract with them.........................
