TELKOM MOBILE USELESS CONTRACT

I recieved my device on wednesday 23/ 06 2015. I was told my simcard would be activated within 24 hours,as of yet on friday 26/06 2015 it is still not activated after numerous calls to lodge a complaint and query.Everytime i am told it will be activated within 24hours but to no avail..What is the use of getting a contract but you cant use it?Seriously considering cancelling contract as it is breached from there side,i paid my pro rata and held up my part of the contract,but not them.i understand technical issues but not for 3 days..
