TELKOM MOBILE USELESS CALL CENTRE

I called in Monday 12 October 2015 to apply for a new contract.<br> Last night at 19:00 i receive a call from the agent wanting to confirm specific details - I didn't mind the call but the professionalism leaves much to be desired. <br> <br> 14 October 2015 - I tried calling the call centre - do you think i got through? Not a chance in hell. I try the on line chat and they cannot assist.<br> <br> Telkom your customer service is extremely pathetic! I want my application cancelled immediately because at this point I am not yet a customer and imagine what will happen when I am one .<br> <br>
