Telkom Mobile upset custome

I am a subscriber of Telkom mobile, someone hacked and changed my banking details to theirs.In doing so my account got locked . I.madr payment but the turnaround to unlock my account is 24 to 48 hrs . Since Friday i caanot make calls. My son felt sick last night and i couldnt cal discovery to call an ambulance . This hacking is not problem but telkom could not release my acxount due to their buainess practice rules. I could have lost my son as this was an Emergency, i can show u all the call records i went through last night trying to make a call. I promise to call my contract soonedt once this is.over and hope another person does not fall.victim to what i.have been through
