Telkom Mobile Upgrades are *****.

I recently did an online upgrade,and a consultant called me back to complete my upgrade,I had app**** for the Hauwei P40 lite,on a free me 800 MB package,that was suppose to come with 50 gigs FREE ONCE OF DATA,I asked the agent on the call,if I would get the 50 gigs FREE ONCE OFF DATA,and the agent assured me that I would get the 50 gigs of free once off data,I received my device and activated the new sim card,only to find out that TELKOM had **** to me ,and given me only 20 GIGS OF FREE ONCE OF DATA,ever since I have been trying to get in contact with Telkom to have this sorted and no one wants to assist.I will never again take out a contract or upgrade any of my many contracts that I have with Telkom.
