Telkom mobile upgrades

I have to upgrade two of my Telkom Mobile lines. The Telkom shops in Bloemfontein never has stock of the handsets that I require. Staff is friendly and attempts to assist to no avail. I have also app**** on the Telkom Mobile App to upgrade. Received a message that I will be contacted "Shortly". That was more than a week ago. I have resolved to move to another provider.
