Telkom Mobile Upgrade via Apple i-store pathetic

Trying to do a cell phone upgrade (Telkom Mobile) via the Apple i-store and keep being told that they cannot assist because Telkom haven't uploaded their new deals which were effective on the 7th August and it's now the 10th August. No one answers the Telkom call centre on 081 180 not sure what to do now other than sit and wait, because clearly Apple i-store say that's the only thing we can do?
