Telkom Mobile Upgrade - Terrible Experience!

App**** for an upgrade on my mobile number. It has been over a week now and it has still not been assigned to anybody in the back office. I am waiting for this to be done in the meantime Telkom, the only mobile service provider who's services are lacking, force you to wait until they get to your application for over a week!! Its easier and quicker to apply for a house or a car. Absolutely pathetic service from you guys! Cancel my contract so I can move to a more competent service provider. Useless!
