Telkom mobile, unprofessional, cheats and lies
I regret ever considering Telkom as a services provider. This is my 3rd review about them with the same problem and no one has even attempted to even try to assist me. I think they just respond to these reviews for show to make people think that something will be done about their problems but nothing is being done. Tomorrow R549 will be debited from my account for something i dont even have. Can someone please advise me on what to do cause i have exhausted all my options in trying to get help from Telkom.

17 Oct 2017, 19:27How can you try to "contact" on a number i want to cancel? I clearly said that the sim card and the router were returned, this just shows how *********** you are. On the 7th of August I rep**** with my ID number. Why didn't you use it to get my contact numbers?
