GOOD DAY TELKOM MOBILE. I am a costumer with two existing contracts one eligable for upgrade! I went in to our stores in Greenstone, Jhb. Reply was no stock then went on Holiday in Ballito which had stock, after competing froms for my upgrade I was advised that it needs to go to back office for approval. This was on the Thursday, Friday I went back sorry no feedback then came Saterday no feedback. Then had to canvel due to leaving back to Jhb on Sunday. Then tried ordering the phone online no one contacted me , then got selldirects number ordered phone with them last week. Still no phone. I have been trying to upgrade from 24th of September. This is realy unlimeted poor service. I am a good client with excelent credit and this is how you reward me with pathetic unlimited bad service.
