Telkom Mobile Unlimited Data Just Vanishes

<p>I’ve upgraded my contract to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Smart Plan 100 earlier this year. I use to receive Unlimited on my new device and now all of the sudden it just vanishes and I Spoke to a few people @ Telkom Mobile to ask what is going on and now one can find a Trace of the Unlimited Data that I’m talking about. Like it never existed. I would please like some assistance regarding this issue. I took out that upgrade to get the Unlimited Data Deal. Telkom Promise to Give Unlimited Data to anyone that took out the Contract before 31 March 2016. Now they tell me there wasn’t even something like that. Please sort this out as soon as possible. I’ve never said anything bad about Telkom I’ve got 3 Contracts with Telkom. If this continues I’ll just have to cancel my accounts. I’ve referred almost all my family member (11 Members) to Telkom, I Work for and IT Company and We do a lot of Wireless Installations I ever refer my Customers to Telkom and this is the service that I get. I was promised to get Unlimited Data for my Contract Period. I would like to receive that. </p> <p> </p>
