TELKOM MOBILE ********* CALL

I have recently taken out a mobile contract with telkom mobile i filled out an online application and with in a few hours i was contacted by telkom mobile sales. My application was for 399 Huawei mate 20 pro blue, before commencing with my contract via telesales consultant, i had made the consultant aware that the site says while stocks last he then assured me they do have stock i said im only taking out this deal on the bases that there is stock of the mate 20 pro.

my contract was app**** for & my account debited and days later after inquiring i get a message that the phone is now out of stock and has reached end of life. I truly understand what end of life means what i dont understand is assuring there is stock then telling me days later that there is no stock. How can you telkom let someone apply for a contract having it accepted and debited the account which im now sure legalises the contract is valid, then send a message sorry we cant deliver because we are out of stock. i think this to be very unfair an ********* even after my request from the sales consultant that i am happy to take out the contract based on the fact that you guys have stock.
