Telkom Mobile _ ********* and ******* business practice

Hello Peter Please assist with my Telkom problem. I have 3 contracts with telkom mobile. In September I defaulted with payment and since then Telkom has blocked and suspended my 3 contracts. I have not been able to receive and make any calls and sms. Line 1 contract came to an end December 2022 and I have sent telkom emails and spoke to consultant advising to cancel contract but I am still been billed for data and minutes yet the line is blocked by telkom. Line 2 which is *** is a CellC prepaid number which I ported over to telkom for purpose of this data. This was a prepaid line and I am the owner of this number. Telkom has now blocked this line not allowing me to use my data and minutes and also unable to receive any calls and make outgoing calls. I use this number for my everyday living and and have incurred loss of income due to this line been blocked from receiving calls. I am also unable to make an emergency calls incase of emergency which is against cellphone and mobile regulations. Since October 2022 I have used any data and minutes on all 3 contracts due to it been suspended yet Telkom is still currently billing me for data and minutes although telkom has blocked me from making use of this facility. How can I pay for something that was given to me yet restrictions was imposed resulting in blocking and not allowing me in using the data and minutes. Each line is made of device cost, data cost and minutes cost yet, so I should only be liable for device cost since October 2022 and not for data / minute cost. I am now unable to receive any calls for interviews and therefore have accrued loss of I come for past 5 months. Please request Telkom to open up my lines from atleast receiving calls so I may receive calls to earn money to pay my outstanding bill. Telkom has now creates a gridlock and it is sad to see people with zero expertise running the accounts dept at telkom. ***/*** Id: *** Cell: *** Name: D Pillay
