Telkom Mobile Unable to provide signed contract as proof

My domestic worker asked me for assistance in respect to a debit order being deducted by Telkom for which she did not sign a contract or any documents. She said that they distributed the SIM cards 'For Free' in town as being pre-paid. After various calls to different departments in Telkom of which the last call to 081 180 and lasted 50min 54 sec, I am still unable to get the original contract signed by her to proof that she is liable or not. Telkom indicates that since the cellphone number is in her name and has her banking details, it must have been her taking out a contract. They can also not proof that it was RICA'ed by her at this stage.
