Telkom Mobile *****ulent iPhone handset purchase debt

An iPhone was *****ulently purchased online on my name Telkom Mobile account ***, and an identity book was used while i am having a smart ID card. Signature on the document is not mine. Email address used is not mine, The Phone was delivered in Joburg while i am staying in Mpumalanga. I am now sitting with a debt of R 41 222.12. Since 2023 December i have engaged with Telkom mobile about this *****ulent purchase ,till now no assistance. I have sent them an affidavit, a copy of my original Smart ID card, No one is willing to assist. The same thing happened at MTN mobile where also an iPhone was purchased *****ulently on my name and they managed to sort it out as the clearance letter was sent. In both cases i found out when unauthorized debit orders went through from my bank, and i stopped them. Now my problem is with the unresolved Telkom mobile's debt of R 41 222.12.
