Telkom Mobile *****ulent cellphone contract upgrade

Telkom mobile refuses to contract cell phone that was issued with upgrade. We upgraded our Telkom Small Business Cellphone contract which we had expected to be issued an IPhone 16 Pro Max but an IPhone 15 for the contract price of an IPhone 15. We lodged 3 queries with *** but we just get issued a reference but there is no follow from Telkom to ensure that the query is resolved. This is daylight ******* as we are now paying a monthly contract for a phone th at we are not using and also paying a higher monthly rate for iPhone 16 Pro Max which we we don’t have. Reference *** issued was in July then reference *** was issued on 01 September. Now we have been issued a third reference number *** but still the issue for the incorrect phone is still not been resolved. I’m extremely disappointed with Telkom Mobile as we have been quite loyal to them and using their services for the past 12 years.
