Telkom Mobile Tshwane Mall ***

Goodday All, Look to my understanding a simple sim swap is free as long as I buy the SIM yet at Tshwane Mall Mamelodi they are charging R30 for it. Is this new policy if so then publish on your material and communictions.

I had to go to the Grove whereby i must commend them for excellent service within 10min thank you guys for that.

Tshwane Mall I stuck around for the Manager who did'nt show because they realised i was serious and I bet they used to taking advantage of the underdog , which Im not having. Its wrong and a **** that they running please sort that out!

The Lady Im talking about would'nt give me her name but she has two Gold teeth and a weave, like I said the manager never showed.

Can we do something for other people going forward, will check next week.
