Telkom mobile Torturing their customer

My Iphone 6 got damaged and I sent it to Telkom mobile Menlyn for repairs. I was quoted R5 480.47. I paid the money. It has been over a month now and still Telkom mobile has not issued me with a cellphone device. I have called them numerous time and they are just telling me conflicting stories. They are just sending me from pillar to post.

To make things worse, they have just sent me a crazy sms indicating that I must pay another R5 480.47. I am just shocked with the level of bad service from Telkom mobile and I WOULD NEVER ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO USE TELKOM MOBILE.
