Telkom mobile the worst thingever

The worst experience and service ever. I just called a consultant and when I asked where I can complain all she did was to drop the phone.

I have finished paying for my phone in 2021 SEPTEMBER but to date I still can not cancel my contract. I visited the store was told to visit the Telkom website and it rejects me saying my number is unknown.
