telkom mobile ,THE WORST SERVICES PROVIDED IN THIS UNIVERSE

<p>I have recently done an upgrade with telkom on my mobile contact and while the upgrade has been done I have not been made aware that they have remove my spending limit ,which means they allowed me to run up a bill and expected me to pay a unreasonable amount of money towards my cellphone contact ....while calling into they contact centers I had to speak to rude agents who **** to me and misled me ...I have also been made aware that my personal details is also been accessed by a third party company who handles telkom in bound customer related calls(aegis) .....the agents at telkom do not have good communication s****s and they sound asleep most of the time ......I HATE THIS SERVICES PROVIDED AND JUST WISH I COULD HAVE MY CONTACT CANCELLED</p>
