Telkom mobile the worst service provider ever

My experience was bad in every aspect. took out a 24 month contract that was never billed the amount that I was quoted telephonic-ally. In store the assistant had an attitude of not really my problem. When he checked my details on system some of my personal details were changed so clearly there is ********** activity in their call center. I want the contact cancelled and email the cancellation application. The number you need to call is permanently engaged so I cannot confirm that my cancellation request has been received or will be processed. They can call you to make a sale but follow up from a customer service perspective has been zero. Telkom mobile rips customers off.
