Telkom Mobile The WORST service provider!

I really thought after my family said I must move to Telkom that it will be a great experience like theirs! How wrong was I??? I have recieved nothing but arrogance and poor service! Every month my debit order went off without any problems. All of a sudden a month went by, no debit order went off AND I was charged additional costs for that! Was there sufficient funds in my bank account??? Yes!!!! I have stayed on a phoneline for more then 25min and no one is answering! I have mailed evidance, still no reply!

Worst of all??? My service is cancelled due to non payment!! This month all of a sudden a debit order went off for 4times the innitial ammount and it doesn't even reflect on my invoice as a payment!!!

I can't believe what poor service Telkom is delivering! It is a *******! Cheap prices with **** service!
