Telkom mobile the worst company to do business with.

I took out a double deal contract November 2021 which expired November 2023. I wanted the second number canceled and the primary number upgraded to a sim deal only. The service consultant that assisted me did the upgrade first which caused a problem to cancel the second number. Since black Friday November 2023 I've been struggling to cancel this contracts. They keep saying it's canceled but than I get billed every month. They are holding me hostage with this contract. I've gone back to the store 9 times. I called customer care and they tell me that it is canceled.
