Telkom Mobile the worst company on the planet

I just received a call from a debt collections attorney that I have been handed over by Telkom Mobile for an outstanding amount of R1900.00. I cancelled a mobile contract I took out with them after the contract expired.

I did not wish to continue so I did not upgrade the contract, I was sent an cancellation form to complete and I submitted it as instructed.

Now after nearly 4 years I get notices that I've been handed over.

When I called them I was told that I did not follow the correct procedure to cancel the contract.

However I would like to request Telkom Mobile to forward me their correspondence with regards to the Monthly Invoices and Statements they sent me to inform me that I'm outstanding on any contract with them.

I'm have yet to receive a phone call from Telkom Mobile informing me that I'm in arrears or to inform me that my cancellation wasn't done properly.

They need to give me all their evidence that they tried to reach me as my e-mail addre4ss and cellphone number is still the same as when I opened up the original agreement with them.

I have read complaint after complaint after complaint with regards to the absolute pathetic service delivery provided to client from Telkom Mobile.

I'm not about to pay for negligence from a company like Telkom
