Telkom Mobile, the home of frustration

I have been experiencing nothing but bad service from Telkom mobile, they even suspended my account claiming that I owe them, I called 2 days in a row and was asked to submit my bank statements, dating back from last year, of which I did, and now they want proofs of payment, when was detailed in the statements. And this is coupled with the rude treatment received from the consultants, up until now my line remains blocked but I have forwarded my statements and also made 2 payments in 2 months, this is ridiculous, if you want to get frustrated, please go ahead and get a contract with Telkom Mobile or any other Telkom division.
