TELKOM MOBILE- TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I wish to express my disgust and disappointment with Telkom Mobile. They are accusing me of owing them R 1 000.00 odd for a PREPAID ACCOUNT! They have handed me over to Debt collectors for this amount. When i contacted these debt collectors, they had no record of me and referred me back to Telkom Mobile. When asked how this is possible, they cannot advise or provide me with any proof hereof. I have been dealing with Pinky Ntombela who has escalated this matter to their back office accounts department and STILL no answer. I have been waiting for feedback and have been given the run-around since April. When asked to speak to a manager i was told that I'm not allowed to. I want this matter resolved now TELKOM!!! Crystal
