Telkom Mobile Terrible Service

<p>I had a contract with Telkom and they overcharged my account. I have contacted the call centre countless times to get my refund but it's proving to be difficult. The first time I called they told me I should get my bank statement as proof that the funds weren't deposited and call back again to send to the consultant i speak to at that moment. I called again with my bank statement in hand and they told me there's nothing that can be done until the consultant who logged the call calls me back which they promised would be done that day. Days have gone by and I still have not been contacted. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get any assistance when I have all the proof etc. I wouldn't recommend this ****ty network to anyone.</p>
