Telkom Mobile - Terrible Network & Lies

I have been a loyal contract customer of Telkom Mobile for going on 6 years, i even moved my family over to Telkom Mobile and my internet as well as i was extremely happy until now. From a month ago (May 2019) signal has been very bad, so bad that we cant even use our devices at all and all of us being on the same network makes it truely impossible for us to communicate with each other. We need reliable communication as there is and small child and an elderly lady that are at stake here.

I call Telkom Mobile and they keep on telling me the same thing, there isnt a problem but what changed was my question. It all worked fine for 6 years....

When i go in ad speak to an actual person at the store, he tells me that telkom Mobile is having major network issues due to some change over.

In the meantime, we cannot make use of what we are paying for and it will expire and we loose out.

What is Telkom Mobile going to do about their now, terrible network??

If nothing changes very soon i will cancel all my lines as i think its within my rights to do so as Telkom Mobile isnt keeping up to their promise
