TELKOM MOBILE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY story starts at the end of October when I made a direct deposit and the very next day Telkom Mobile debited my account, I phoned and was told that the money would be refunded into my bank account between 7-14 Working Days after 14 Days still nothing I phoned again and was told the same and so on and on it is now the 04/12/2019 I still do not have my refund and now they come with more stories, I want this sorted ASAP or I will be taking this further as this is theft
