Telkom mobile-TERRIBLE billing/accounts!!!!!

I switched banks.I informed Telkom mobile of this change & gave them my new banking details - all was in order according to Telkom mobile. On the last day of the month (end July) my debit order date - my account was not debited. I contacted Telkom mobile and was told that if it did not go through i needed to do a manual payment which i then did and was informed that end Aug all will be in order for my next debit order. End Aug came and the same thing happened again. i had to do yet another manual payment bringing the account up to date. 25.09.2015 a debit order went off my account.I received an sms after that saying my account again will be debited on the 30.09.2015. I contacted the call center yet again and was assured by the call center agent that i should ignore the sms and no debit order will go off my account. Guess what?? 30/09 yet another debit order went off my account and then was returned due to insufficient funds. Nedbank has now charged me R90 for this!!! I contacted the call center asked to speak to a manager or somebody who knows whats going on was placed on hold over 30min & was then cut off. I dont know what else to do at this point and my query remains unresolved
