telkom mobile tell me i found a loop hole in there repair warranty but i must still pay

<p>I took out a blackberry Z3 contract, from the day i had it i could hear people clearly they always said i break up and cant hear me, I thought it was telkom connection signal, until i put my sim in a different phone, so I take it in 16 days before the 1st year is up, Mercia said i would not pay anything as its under warranty, then i get an email saying I must pay as it is out of Warranty, then when i prooved it was not Paulina from the repairs said it was a soft ware problem and they dont cover it, so i said fine I would pay , just as i was about to pay I read the job card warranty conditions on what they dont cover and soft ware is not in there, so i send Paulina a email she says its out of warranty again, I go into telkom mobile where the manager Chriss hides in the office so Marlon said the software is covered in the warranty, and he would get back to me, no one got back to me , so I phone Paulina at the repair place she puts me through to her manager she tells me I found a LOOP HOLE in the repair contract, said I must still pay it is not there problem I must phone some other place, I go into the shop again. speak to Zhandre the manager he is trying to tell me its out of warranty, so I ask for the owners number they dont want to give it Now i am furious and start shouting which i should not have done but there is only so much you can take from incompetant people, then says his not going to help</p>
