Telkom Mobile taking the public for granted

<p>I went into Telkom store to apply for their recent 15 G (R199) special. I submitted everything they wanted, the lady entered my details into the system. Then when she waa about to finish the process and give me the modem and sim card, she claimed to have an IT problem. Now I was supposed to wait for 48 hours. This is for the third time it happens to me when I try to apply for a contract at Telkom. First it was with their LG Stylus special, second it was their 5Gb data special and now it with this latest special. Always when I cancel my application they send an adverti*****t to my cellphone. Telkom must stop taking us for granted. I am going to stop using all telkom mobile sim cards (I am currently using two sim cards on prepaid). Telkom mobile must also stop advertising specials because there's no special there, they just want tocapture our information so that they can send us marketing smses.</p>
