Telkom Mobile Tablet Purchase

Good day<br> <br> I have submitted an application for a tablet using the telkom online application form with the Black Friday Promotion. An agent eventually phoned me the Friday afternoon and after about an hour or so getting ITC checks and providing her with all the information she needed, she finally said she has everything she needed and the device will be delivered to my work address in 7 working days.<br> <br> I have tried numerous times to contact telkom mobile to follow up on the application but with no success and when speaking to an agent they have no record of this application. I am fed up of phoning and having online chats where no one can assist me. Its costing me lots of money phoning just to be let down again.
