Telkom Mobile - T stands for Terrible

I regret taking a contract from Telkom Mobile. My invoice is high, they couldn't explain it. I requested an invoice which includes everything but Andiswa and Wellington cannot provide. I am not sure what I am paying for. I asked for a simple thing: Email me my statement but they can't. Terrible service. I wouldn't advice anyone to be contracted to Telkom.
