Telkom Mobile Sucks

I am just not happy with how Telkom handle my account, I had an account with them , I am blacklisted I paid their money end 2017 I never received a paid up letter last month I did a follow up after I learned that I am blacklisted.

I never got it, followed up again today I am told that I have to wait another couple of day as their waiting period, nonsense it's what it is....now I am stuck I can't do anything bacause of that
