Telkom mobile sucks

Really pathetic when Telkom mobile blocks your number for no reason. I have a prepaid number which was RICAd at CNA... been using it for a good number of months only for the sim to become locked... Go into store and get told by the agent that it needs to be RICAd again. What utter nonsense. By the way the person who initially registered the sim is not available. Anyway they unlocked it and now it is locked again. Very annoyed. Telkom needs to get their **** together.
