Telkom Mobile sucks
<p>I app**** for a cellphone contract online with Telkom mobile. The agent called me and confirmed all the infomation telephonically and I told him I want a Huawei P10 Lite. Today a parkage was delivered to me but inside was a huawei home router. I then called Telkom mobile to request for the router to be picked up and the correct device to be sent to me. The agent I spoke to today said she will escalete a case but she doesnt know when the devidce will be picked up and I have to wait for the agent that assited me with the contract to call me. When I asked her when will that be she said to me "I dont know". So Telkom has empleyed useless people who dont know anything.</p>

20 Aug 2017, 19:04I posted about my problem and its been 2 weeks now still the router hasn't been picked up. I dont know what else to do but i really dont want this router so please come and take it. I will never ever in my life do business with a company that doesnt care about their customers. Applying for a contract with Telkom was the biggest mistake I have ever done and I will make sure that no one ever makes such a mistake. TELKOM COME TAKE YOU DAM ROUTER I HAVE NO USE FOR IT.
