Telkom Mobile sucks

I have been with telkom Mobile for 3 years now, but i have internet issues now i cant phone not even 10111. Every time i phone in they either tell me that there is not signal everywhere. I have been staying in the same place for 9 years. Then they tell me to reset restart and everything but nothing seems to work the more i phone in to complain the less i get any help. Hopefully this will work because i want to cancel my contract they not providing the service i need.
