Telkom mobile sucks

<p>I recently switched from mtn to Telkom. Biggest mistake ever. If anyone is considering switching be careful and weigh the options. Telkom have fantastic packages however their signal is extremely poor. I am currently on the unlimited package my business depends on my mobile. My calls get cut, my calls drops, my calls takes ages to get through its the most frustrating thing. According to Telkom they share signal with mtn I find that hard to believe because the signal and data sucks . </p> <p> </p> <p>Mtn packages are expensive but the signal and service is far better. I feel I've been given a decent package by Telkom but subjected to sub standard quality and service . Really sad . Worse I've tried to enquire about this at the Telkom express franchise in Westwood mall Durban. Pathetic service their call centre, that's Telkom mobiles national call centre cannot even help me.</p>
