Telkom Mobile Suck (Please close shop)

I took out 3 Telkom contracts at Telkom Shop Colonnade RETAIL PARK on the 22nd of August 2015.<br> Two Phone contracts and a Data package.<br> Telkom made a mess up with the contracts and also ported the phone number to the data package, thanks Adamarie Bredenhan (seems you cannot do anything right) No one ever answer the phone.<br> After many attempts and hours on line to the most *********** call centre who refuse to escalate or allow anyone to talk to any real manager and not just a team leader (keeping all complaints internal or rather outsourced).<br> After many hours many phone calls and many trips to the *********** store one issue remains the one ported number can make calls but cannot receive calls. Telkom is so *********** that it is today still not sorted.<br> I'm now off to the store to return the phone and have this contract cancelled, thanks to the Staff in Telkom for not getting back to me not answering your phones and not once honoured a personal promise. Shall I name you all from OPS specialist to Senior Manager .<br>
