Telkom mobile *****ing my money

I have had endless problems with Telkom mobile payments. I pay them via EFT then get messages half way through the month saying I haven't paid. I have to call them several times to sort it out. This month it happened again and I phoned them. The man said he sees I have paid and it is sorted out. I then changed my debit order. Half way through the month they took off R1000 off my account. No invoice or indication. They are *****ing my money.
