Telkom mobile *****ing my money

<p>I have a contract with Telkom mobile for R99 per month on 2.5 gig any time and 7.5 gig night shift .This month my bill came and they charged me R477.00 which I never agreed to them to take this much money from my account.I went to few stores Menlyn,Woodlands and Centurion explaining to them that my contract is ending and would like to extend my contract but I was told that I must come back when my contract is due.There was numerous calls I received from a certain lady that she is a contract upgrade specialist from Telkom she wants to help me with an upgrade but due to the ***** rate I couldn't give my details away on the phone.All I am asking is my money to be refunded back to my account for the contract I signed with you was for R99 and what you have done is against the law for you took money from my account without my knowledge which is actually *****ing from a consumer.</p>
