TELKOM MOBILE SOUTH AFRICA POOR SERVICE

Telkom mobile, very poor service and even worse systems Debit order went through my account on the 26th November 2018 My account is still to be credited with the amount debited and to top it all off the have suspended cell phones. I called the call center and they advised that they did not debit my account, it was a debt collector who did so using their name. And when asking more questions like who gave the debt collector the authority to debit my account we were just brushed off. I then logged a query on the 29.11.2018 and to date nothing has been done.
