TELKOM MOBILE SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT USEFUL/NOT WORKING (REF NO:***0)

<p>I was called by telkom agent to sell me a product which is a router, i was interested and asked if its working in my area? I was asked to provide address and i was told there is coverage but after receiving the product, it turns out it was misrepresentation.I called telkom to cancel and now being send from pillar to post.</p>
