Telkom mobile smart plan 100 (sim only)

I called telkom 10213 to find out about the abovementioned offer. last week. I was advised it was available at R99 pm and I should visit the store. On visiting the store, the consultant advised me that it was not available on the system. I called helpdesk again and helpdesk now informs me that they do not have a price for it. No one in Telkom knows and I am being passed around (with long waits on the telephone) from area to area. It is advertised in [URL Removed] currently. <br> <br> PS. By the way the online chat on the website only works one way they can see my chats but I cannot see their response which is a total waste of time. I am very disappointed with the levels of service.
